I used an old texture plate in conjunction with my gel-plate to get a really neat texture. I then put my monoprinted paper into an embossing folder and put copper metallic rub over the raised area. I stamped and watercolored the heart with the lock. I then fussy cut it out. I die cut the tags and keys. I embossed the keys and added metallic rub ove them. I tied all the tags together with cheesecloth as a layer.

What a great way to use that old texture plate. I'm even more taken with the idea of dry-embossing a monoprint which is something I haven't tried yet. As always I love your use of cheesecloth.
Wow!!! This is so gorgeous! Your techniques are a WOW! I had to search your details to confirm that I recognized that stamp set from our MFP days! Your keys look amazing! A real WOW project!
