This is for today's Teapotter challenge and colour challenge (Real Red, Powder Pink and silver)
This week the teapotters are sending one of our own, Anne Harmon (jdmommy) some love and happy mail.
I thought this little ole' wine diva would put a smile on Anne's face.
I stamped the image with versafine onyx black in onto water colour paper. I coloured her skin with copic markers. Water coloured her dress with real red ink and the chair with pretty in pink. Dotted her dress with white gel pen. I used a silver metallic Prisma colour pencil crayon on her earing and hair band. I masked the image and then stamped on the carpet using a stamp from The art of Life set - a textured stamp. Punched out a circle and masked the image again and placed the circle mask where I wanted the planter to be. Stamped on the grasses with old olive ink. Removed the mask and drew in the planter with copic marker. I used a scrap piece of water colour paper and stamped the dog, cut it out. I drew the Speech Bubble and cut it out. Wrote the sentiment with black sharpie marker. Edged the bubble with silver metallic pen. Matted the image with red and Silver. Sewed around edges. Applied crystal effects to the wine glass. The speech bubble and dog are popped up. Finished the inside.
I hope this will put a smile on Anne's face.
Hugs... Pat

First of all I love your new avatar Patricia. Now about your card...how absolutely fabulous is this. I love how you combined the challenges, the colours are brilliant for this fun gal. Actually I'm enjoying a nice glass of red as I'm typing this. The layout is terrific, on closer inspection I can see it is a dog....LOL it looked like an axe in the thumbnail. Anne is sure to tickled pink, her gallery is a hoot!!!

I love the decor with the grey carpet which won't show the dog hair, and the planter full of elegant grasses. Fab use of silver on this, and a super-fun sentiment.

Wow, Patricia! This is a fabulous card and I'm sure Anne will love that gorgeous pink chair! The lady is so pretty in her red polka dot dress enjoying her glass of red wine. The doggie in the corner tricked me; at first, I thought it was an ax, LOL! Your water coloring is remarkable and I love all the colors used and, of course, that fabulous sentiment. Love, love, this card!

I can't help but giggle when I see one of these ladies, Pat. They are too much. Love the dotted dress and the plush looking comfy chair she's sitting in! I'm sure Anne will enjoy this card~
