Some much inspiration from Julie, our hostess today! I was inspired by these paper flowers (you may have to scroll down) https://www.thesprucecrafts.com/news...crafts-4155824
I'm linking this card to USEIT2019 as I had previously die cut the flowers from an old dictionary, so used them today by sponging the larger petals with Melon Mambo. Added flower centres and gems to the flowers and layered over the petal sprays. Computer generated the words and printed on the same ivory card.

Such pretty flowers you created, Sandie. Old, worn out dictionary pages make such wonderful things for crafters. The sponging really made those flowers pop.

I've always loved text flowers, and I always forget about them until someone makes a beautiful card with them - thanks for doing this to remind me... ;)

I love this! Text-filled paper is so fun, I really should use it more often. The added melon mambo ink is fabulous!

Love the extra texture the newsprint flowers seem to add to this beautiful card.
