Well, I made my first two cards incorrectly - inking embossing folders - but then embossing them instead of just pressing the watercolor paper into it.
So I ran back to my craft room and found neither of the EF's that I used previously worked well for this technique - so I pulled out a Houndstooth EF and inked it with Mermaid Lagoon and Twisted Cintron - spritzed it with water and pressed a watercolor panel into it.
I die cut the Birthday sentiments and adhered them over the panel.
Next time I'll pay more attention to the tutorial!!

Love the colors and the patterns. This came out super well, Julia. Wonderful and festive Birthday card. Hugz

Julia, I'm sort of glad you didn't find the other two folders - although they would be lovely I'm sure. But this Houndstooth EF is wonderful in these two colors. I love the touch of darker blue for the sentiments.
