My first ever watercolor!!! I always feared freehand watercoloring . I've awwwed and always admired Sis Ann's talent with it. Then lastnight I saw Sis Catherine take a dip into the waters for her first time and it turned out gorgeous!!! So she enabled me and gave me courage and a push to try it too. !! Mahalo Fairy Much Sistahs for the encouragements In So may ways and things.
Besides watercolor one of my "Lilest" Fairy wanted on the card to catch a fallen snowflake to top the tallest tree In the "Landscape Landing"of pine "Trees "form the blue and "Lavender" sky filled with "Lovely"snow and falling snowflakes. Figured my letter L's yet? Lol

The Adorable snowflake was passed on to me looking for a new home . It was one of those buttons with the loop in the backside which I cut it off and flipped it to embellish my first freehand watercolor.

This is fabulous, Vickster! What a wonderful snowstorm you have created here. I'm so glad you tried it. I agree with you, it is the encouragement of the supportive people here on SCS who help encourage the trying of something new. Gorgeous snowstorm!

Vickie, I love that winter blizzard you have going here. So moody. Such a perfect watercolour. I love the addition of the fairy too. Thanks for playing this week.

Beautiful winter snow scene!! Love your watercoloring! Wonderful repurposing of the button; it does look like a big snowflake. Great job with all the challenges. Happy New Year! Aloha! TFS

I love your watercolor, Sis:
You are a natural and it is full of your beautiful energy.
I cannot believe it but I have a packet of those snowflake buttons. This looks like the perfect use for them. Just love your imaginative stories. You are a natural storyteller.
