I was taken with this card immediately: It's a Girl Thing by Amisjag at Splitcoaststampers
I wasn't sure what I would do that would be so different but then I remembered that I had some cards that I wanted to recycle, like Barb did with some Christmas cards. I have quite a few Asian style cards with handmade papers (went to Japan many years ago) so I cut one up to fit the top of the card and used this lovely line stamp in place of her lady. Besides using more papers and recycling cards, I want to color more. Not sure sure how well this turned out but it's good enough; I wanted to keep her skin more pale and I was messing around too much with the neckline. I think she needs something in her hair. I was so carried away with what I was doing that I forgot a sentiment.

This card required a long reflection...so many wonderful elements and still with an Asian aesthetic. The textures of your weave are definitely a treat for the eyes, but it is the woman I am fascinated with. Her garment carries all your color. This must have truly be fun to create.

I love the texture and use of all the different paper contrasts. Very creative. Beautifully done! Thanks for playing along in this challenge and for casing my card.
