I made this card for the Teapot Tuesday Challenge and the Alphabet Challenge: Z/Zoology. It will also work for TLC546 "Mind the Gap" where Sabrina shows you how to make a Gap card.
The Teapot Challenge was "Bridging the Years" and you could made a bridge or gap card. I've never made a "gap" card, so I thought I'd try it.
I stamped 2 bamboo stalks and my panda and then used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I also stamped the Panda footprint border, fussy cutting around the paws and layering it onto black card stock.
For the card base I used cream card stock and cut apart the front side of my card, then trimmed an inch off of the bottom piece (see Gap card for directions). I glued acetate to the back of the 2 pieces for the front side of the card.
I then stamped bamboo on front and inside of the card, stamping off to create variety of shades of Olive color. I glued two bamboo stalks and the panda to the front. I then added my saying and the paw border.

I’ve never made one of these gap cards...you have me wanting to try it. This turned out great! I love all the bamboo trees and your border with the footprints. Super card for the challenge Gracie.

Oh gosh, this is just adorable- and hilarious too! I love the wonderful jungle scene you have created for your panda bear. What a great card for the letter Z this is! ~Karen.

Favorited, I love this. Your bamboo forest is just fantastic, especially with the added depth visible behind the gap. And what's not to love about a panda. Your bridge photo was amazing too...you wouldn't catch me on it!
