Prior to this Sketch Challenge, I don't think I ever aligned an image with the edge of the card, but I really liked how it worked. I used olive cardstock with white ink for the image. Not sure if you can tell that the BG is gold cardstock from the photo. I added the pearls to draw your eye to the graceful lines of the pear tree and red ribbon for a pop of color.

I was about to comment on how I liked kraft and red together when I read that it was gold. Gold! Even better! The green and red and GOLD look fabulous. That image is so sweet too with the pretty pearls. Super card!

Certainly one of the prettiest images I've seen with the partridge/pear tree theme. The pearls are a great touch and I know how elegant the gold card looks IRL!
