Lisa is our hostess at the Teapot Tuesday Tea Party this week - and she is inviting us to help celebrate Irene's 99th birthday at the start of January (Irene is the mother-in-law of Ann/Dockside).
Since Irene likes to knit I pulled out these hens. I think I gave them too much grey rinse because the SN glitter pen slodged, but maybe 99 year old hens go grey gracefully. I matted them onto some kraft, and added that to a square of white embossed with the wooden planks and edged with a gold pen.
I added some flowers in black and white with plenty of sparkle, and cut some foliage from a couple of background scraps.
