Carla is our WTUI hostess this week, and you'll find her "Pretty Packages" challenge HERE.
I followed the Exploding Handbag tutorial, but as Anita did, I glued mine shut so that while it opens a little, it's more of a box. I used a magnetic snap to hold it closed, and added Prima flowers with pearl brads both on the bag fastening and to attach the tag.
It's weird, the photos were taken within seconds of each other in the same lighting, but the purple nearly looks pink in the side-on view.

Beautiful papers and colors on this purse design, Sabrina! The contrasting topper looks wonderful with the textured embossing! Someone is sure to be surprised by the gift inside!

Super exploding purse Sabrina. Love the colors you used too. This would make a great gift box for my niece's gift that I am giving her this year, I might need to make one.

Now aren't these pretty purses, Sabrina! And most women would love to have one gifted to them....so great way to tuck a present inside!
*The treat holders that I made measure 2 1/2" wide by 1 1/2" deep.
