Karen gave us some beautiful colors to work with this week. Since they reminded me of confections and I wanted to make a Christmas card I thought this image worked well. I was short on time so I water colored it instead of using Copic markers as i originally planned. To make it a bit more festive I added some glitter to the holly & berries along with the sprinkles on the cupcake.
I stenciled the stripes and then cut the tag for dessert.

Jeanne, I love that you made a Christmas card with the color combination. The image is fantastic, and the bear and mouse look like they have indulged too much! Love the layout of the card, Jeanne!

How adorable, Jeanne! What a cute image, and how clever of you to use this week's non-traditional Christmas colors on a holiday card. Love the watercoloring!
