I wasn't sure how to represent assembly line stamping with my ATCs, so I made two cards using similar materials and tweaked it. Here are two quick and easy Christmas cards.
Assembly line hints? Punches are faster than die cuts. Ribbon/twine/cording is faster than sequins and mails easier than jewels. Let color speak loudly and do something unexpected. On one card, the twine is tied around the leg of the star (the most time consuming thing about the card--but worth it for the unexpected pop.) The wrapped cording hints at the rays of light a star would emit. On the other, the cording wanted to loop, so I let it loop and made it a feature. You expect a bow or a knot, but I let it do the thing it wanted to do--and didn't have to fight to straighten it. The ribbon cross could represent a cross or represent a wrapped gift.
There is very little use of ink on either which is another speedy idea--no ink equals less chance of smearing.
One layer could be adhered to a base, or left as is. So you are saving materials too.
These Artist Trading Cards are for my ATC Technique Album.

Both are super looking - I know what you mean by letting cording do what it wants - I have some ribbon like that, too! If it doesn't bend to my will in one or two tries, I either see what it wants to do or ditch it!
