I am using a digital image. I colored all those little birds with Copics and left the tree branches uncolored to look snowy. I think it is Christmas Eve night and they have gone to roost but can't sleep....just like a child. I sponged around the tree to look as if it is night and then splattered snow with a toothbrush.
The glitter is on the snow at the bottom of the tree and on the star....not showing in my photo.
I am entering my card into today's Mix-Ability challenge to Put a Bird on It. For this challenge, I used the glitter, white paint, and alcohol inks.

Brenda, I love the gorgeous, inspired Christmas tree with such beautiful birds and decorations! The red mat behind the tree really adds to the beautiful tree. The font of the Merry Christmas sentiment is beautiful! Oh, gee, I hope it's not Christmas Eve!! Hugs, sweet lady!

I love this sweet image which is just perfect for this challenge. Adding the gold on the star and base was clever so that it met both challenge requirements.
