F4A459 challenge: Go for the Gold-Add a little bit of gold to your creation.
I was working on my card this morning when the challenge was posted. It fit so here it is. Actually, I made two of these this morning.
The background was made with scrunched foil by swiping my ink pad to the foil, misting with water, and dragging my watercolor paper through it. When dry, I stamped the stars. I colored the manger with Copics.

Oh My Gosh, Brenda! Do you see what I see in your bg piece? To the left is Mary holding and looking down at baby Jesus. Then on the top toward the right is an angel looking down at Mary & Jesus! I'm in awe here. Wow! Simply Beautiful, Brenda~

Wow, Brenda! You created a fantastic background using the technique. The marbled look is spectacular. Your cards always have beautiful backgrounds, my friend. I love the image of the manger lite up with baby Jesus! Love the card, my skillful friend! Hugs!

Brenda, what a gorgeous and meaningful card! What an amazing background, and I actually see what looks like Mary holding the infant child -- so amazing when we think of how God has His hands in all things. Not sure about the angel (may have to look again), but it's beautiful with the stars and the wonderful crèche. A perfect way to add gold to your card, my sweet friend! Hugs and love! xoxo
