Thank you Jeanne for the lovely 'breathe of Spring' color challenge. Literally, these colors make my heart sing! So pretty and feminine. I used Basic Grey's 'Sultry' collection for my card.
This card is going to celebrate a 90th birthday all the way to West Virginia. I thought these beautiful roaring 20's ladies would bring a smile to the face. I stamped them directly to paper and clear embossed. The lower three were stamped again and popped above the base. Used Copics to color their gorgeous headdresses. Fussy cut the flowers and randomly embossed in clear.
Thanks for stopping by and always, your comments are dearly appreciated.

Your very stylish ladies displayed with the gorgeous Basic Grey background paper are adorable! Those lovely fussy cut images embellish your card so well! Thank you for helping Mother to celebrate her 90th birthday by coming to her tea party!!

Beautiful card with these suave gals and their fancy hair styles and head dresses, Susan!
This brings me back to my last year in H.S. to a Roaring 20's class. For our final project, I was chosen (out of 4 of us gals) to be the guinea pig. They dressed me, did my make-up and my hair (using lots of goop). Thankfully, the class was 1st period so I was able to take a shower right after our presentation. We scored an A+!

What a fabulous creation for Ruth. I love the design and all the details. I have Anne Murray singing "Can I have this dance for the rest of my life" going around and around in my head (and heart - it was my gorgeous step mum's favourite song). I love cards that evoke such powerful memories. Oh...Eunice just said she LOVES the hat in the top right hand corner!

beautiful, Susan...at first I thought 'what does this have to do with where Susan lives?' I was intrigued to find out. I guess I'll just go with 'this is how Susan thinks, therefore it is 'where she lives.' I mean that as a huge compliment, in case you're confused.
