All Teapotters are making plans to gather in the posh(not) town of Whykickamoocow to participate in the Festival. It should be especially exciting as we are to encourage everyone to 'Be the Best You can Be'! There are categories and awards. Please proceed down under...I promise you won't be disappointed.
The judge and grand Marshall of the Festival has finally arrived. He's got his bottom up (sad to say)! That flight was just a wee bit too long and the spirits even longer. Me thinks this could be a half full glass though by just turning the card right side up. Though you might have to turn yo'self wrong side down to read the inside!!!
My judge was made from a current Kate Spade napkin. I used the tutorial by Lydia on Felted Cardstock. And then fussy cut him out, along with the Bottoms Up sentiment. The woozy bg was a paper play date creation. Gelli plate, pop art stencil and wild colors. The whole panel was dry embossed with a Retro TH ef. I used glossy accents for the glasses. And a shimmer pearl paint on the stem.
This card was also for the SC725 turned, of course, on it's side. Do tell, join us for the fun.

WOW where to start...my iPad doesn’t want me to see this upside down...it keeps flipping on me! My first thought is “here comes the judge, here comes the judge ”...LOL...we might be in trouble if he has to decide...maybe he’ll pass out and one of the reindeer can take over. What an amazing card...that background is a psychedelic trip unto itself....

Poor Mr. Kringle....with all he has to do for the next month and then he's asked to judge everything in whykickamoocow???? Of course Australia would be one of his first stops on Christmas Eve so maybe there is a method to his madness. And it's only orange juice, I bet. Or maybe he thought it was just oj....those elves. love it all, Susan.

I'm thinking that when Mr. Klaus gets to the land o' down under he may find that he is right side up ...definitely a matter of perspective! Hope he manages to stay awake to do the judging or things might get out of hand. :-) Love that wild background Susan. Your Santa looks to be a man who knows how to have a good time!

DH just walked in as I was half on my head trying to look at this upside down....who knew there was a little button at the top of an iPad for just that very thing LOL. Susan your card is FABULOUS!!! What a perfect judge for Whykickamoocow. This will not only tickle a Teapotter but it will be the funnest Christmas card on a lucky girls mantle piece. I'm scrolling back for another ohhh and ahhh and a chuckle at your fun story. Thanks so much!

Wow, Poppy hit it right on the head, I really love that groovy background with those wonderful colors and fabulous texture. Too bad this festival is not celebrated after Christmas and Santa could have stayed and celebrated and not having to be so rushed as he is now. He probably only had a few and it was his lack of sleep with his busy hours doing all that making of lists and checking them twice that made him a little woozie! I really hope my Petunia catches his eye in the pageant. Just saying....

The minute I saw this and before I read your description you had me laughing! This is wild and although I had not read the challenge, it's just too fun not to see it. I scrolled back up a lot of times. You have texture, wild color, humor and Christmas all rolled into one and I love it. How fun this is!

Love seeing your creations in the gallery, Susan! Your colourful woozy bg looks amazing, as for the poor judge/field marshall, I don't think too much judging is going to be happening on his part - he looks like he needs to go and have a good lie down until he sobers up, ha! Some lucky fellow teapotter will be delighted to receive this in the post!

Fantastic background, Susan. And what a great judge to fly in for the festival. What luck that your napkin Santa fit the glass, and what imagination computer them together...I thought it was all part of the glass image at first. I remember trying that technique but I think I have the wrong sort of cling wrap, it wasn't going to stick no matter what.
