My goodness, I can't believe how long it is since I last made a sketch card. Not since life got busy...but thanks to Angie's super Challenge Chat thread, at least I keep up better with what the challenges I don't have time for are. And when I looked at yesterday's sketch, I knew that at last I could make my bosses Christmas card. She's Spanish, and for the last month these stamps have been on blocks on my desk waiting to be used.
So, I used an embossed white panel for the square. I used a gel print for the blue part of the circle, and the page of junk mail from last week's MIX challenge that I hadn't yet got to using for the background. Layered everything on gold glitter card. Added white snowy dots on the circle. The sheep was stamped on white card, coloured and cut out. Metallic silver for the knitting needles (even though most of mine are wood or bamboo), and the ball is stamped on a piece of watercolour imprints background.

Ooooh...another totally creative, amazing card, Sabrina. Such a pretty shade of blue and your signature gold details always makes your cards so special. The sheep with the knitting needles and the funny sentiment are terrific. Sending hugs and positive thoughts your way.
Awww! Sabrina, this is darling! I love the blues and gold together! How cute is that little sheep knitting!!! So cute! Thanks for the shout out for the challenge chat!

Excellent take on the sketch! Love the gold trim with the blue. The sheep knitting with the fun pun is so cute. The embossed snow is a nice touch. A couple years ago, we gave simple fleece throw blankets to the neighbors with this same sentiment on a tag. Fun, fun. Great card! Thanks for playing in the sketch challenge. TFS
