I kept the trees and snow idea but used dp and a different layout for my card.
Last week's Ways to Use it challenge was to make a mess. I used white acrylic paint to add snow splatters to my forest of trees.
I am on a quest to use up some old Christmas papers and this dp is part of that quest.
I die cut the trees and cut one trio of trees apart so I could get a different formation. I splattered all of them with "snow" and then added them to this card popping them up with different thicknesses of dimensionals.
I heat embossed the sentiment and popped it up as well.
Congratulations, Crystal, enjoy your week.
Thanks for looking!

Well, one thing's for sure, there's a blizzard going on out there! I love the splatters of snow on your dark trees, Catherine! Beautiful card and pretty paper (looks like wrapping paper to me)! The sentiment embossed in gold adds a nice festive touch~

Hi Catherine, I was delighted to be chosen the Newest Featured Stamper and am happy to share in my crafting inspiration! Thank you so much for choosing to CASE one of my cards. I love your interpretation of my original card. The white snow on the trees looks so real. And I have always loved that split card layout! l Happy holidays! Crystal
