As a scrapper I love vintage papers and had just the pack. I simply started layering, tore and distressed the edges, die cut some labels and added the embellishments. Nothing fancy.
The challenge was to use vintage elements including lace and music. I also added a clear doily at the top left but when it didn't show properly I tried to get it off but those things stick with a vengeance so nothing for it but to leave it on
