For the first time in my life I have made a CAS card and I don't feel the need to lay down! I was going to put some bling or liquid pearls on, but I knew the right thing to do was...nothing...leave it alone.
I have to confess that for the past 2 days I have been using this stamp and making a colour swatch book. The minute I saw the challenge, this card pretty much made itself.
With the magic of MISTI, I stamped the girls, moving the cardstock panel one inch at a time. After colouring with Tombow markers and spreading the colour with an aqua brush, I cut their heads off and adhered it to a card base.
Thanks so much for looking and Julie thank you for a fun challenge.

I heard a marching band in the background of my mind as I beheld your Wonderful CAS card. Susie and CAS. Huh. I am at this moment tossing very small (I don't like vacuuming...but for you, anything!) handfuls of confetti in the air in celebration of this extremely classy CAS card. Doing nothing and leaving it alone has always appealed to me....me having a lazy gene in me somewhere. I imagine you have expended more energy in struggling to keep your hands from forcing their way toward your tantalizing bling, luscious liquid pearls and that magical marker you use to doodle your delightful signature doodley frames around the edges of cards, than in relaxing and doing nothing and leaving it alone. (I hope the decapitation wasn't the result of this enormous restraint you've had to put into play.) You know, that's what a CAS card is all about......restrain... and relax. This will all pass and you can get back to your Spectacular non-CAS's. Did Geoff, the helpful husband that he is, tie your talented hand to a doorknob until the temptation passed? Don't you have a lazy gene AT ALL? That's a good thing...I think. I've grown up with mine and have made peace with it.
I LOVE this presentation! What an Amazing color swatch book you will have! Keep Smiling!
