This is for the Inspiration Challenge from Angie. I was inspired by the angel picture (top row, second one over). I like the angel with outstretched arms, halo and wings, and the stars, blue color, metallic look.
I used a scrap created with SU Irresistibly Yours paper which has a white embossed pattern on white paper, when color is applied the embossed white can be wiped clean exposing the pattern, in this case is stars. I am not sure what color medium I used on the paper, but it glimmers. I leaned my card back to take a picture so you could possibly see it. I really need to take notes on my scraps. I put a heavier cardstock underneath which gives the panel a little lift. In the bottom corner is a silver metallic heat embossed Thinking of you sentiment with a punched star from the same paper. Recently, I received some die-cut angels with a card from Ann aka annsforte3, which was perfect for my card today. Thank you Ann! I really like that my card is easy to mail. I am a volunteer with Chemo Angels and I send about 25 cards a month to cancer patients for birthdays and thinking of you. We are asked to use the title Angel with our name, so I sign my cards Angel Hugs from Angel Diane. Thanks for the inspiration, Angie. Thanks for looking!

Awww! That is a beautiful thing you do Diane. I know you are appreciated for your hugs in an envelope. Your angel is beautiful on the starry background! I love that ornament you chose too!
