A big congrats to Nicole, the newest Featured Stamper! She has a wonderful gallery & I chose THIS to case. I kept the vellum & sponging of colors, but used different images & dry embossed my vellum instead of heat embossing it.
For my very wintry scene, I placed the image into my Misti, stamped & colored the bridge scene, then masked it & the ground area & sponged the colors on the sky. Then I spritzed it w/ mixture of very thin white acrylic paint & water. I used a white gel pen to add snow to the trees & rocks then stamped over the image again. The vellum overlay was embossed w/ a snowflake frame folder & I fussy cut out the center before sandwiching it between the cut out card front & a stitched frame, then I attached the bridge scene underneath. I also added a few snowflakes I punched out of white glitter paper.
Congrats again, Nicole! Thanks so much for looking. Closeups, Copic colors & product links are on my blog: The Write Stuff

this is so delicious. I imagine you don't have much winter where you live or where you're from. We have snow on the ground in WI, although it's diminished a bit. Felt like January or February yesterday. Brrrrrr.
