What a cute sketch, I saw immediately a tree with holes...don't ask me why...
So I started by die cutting the ovals to make the apertures, then used the woodgrain EF due cut frames sponged the upper layer with wax crayons, tissue and odorless white spirit, stamped the squirrels, colored them and cut them out, used foam tape to make dimension between the first layer and the base and then glued my little squirrels using glue and foam here and there to make them come out of their holes, the little one is going to get more food!!

Love your tree filled with squirrels and holes! The way you did the wood to emphasize the grain looks wonderful! As Denise says; they look cute but can really do a number on a garden. :-) Best to keep them on paper. Ha, ha! Sweet card!
