I'm loving this Christmas stamp from Technique Junkies, Ho, Ho, Ho Doxie. I went with non-traditional colors for my card, taking inspiration from this photo from the Inspiration Challenge catalog Studio E Fabrics.
I used color pencils to color the image in no-line fashion. The background is an embossing plate from my stash, which I had pre-inked with ColorBox pink ink before putting it through my Cuttlebug. Then sprayed it with Shimmering Bliss sprays for a shimmer and glistening background.
Full details, stamps, and techniques are on my blog at Paper Arts Cafe.

Lynda, your non-traditional colors are perfect for this fun, adorable Doxie. What a cute, cute card. Love that shimmery background and your pretty ribbon. All topped off with some pretty snowflakes. Super card for your inspiration

How cute is this, Lynda! Love your little hot dog in the winter wear. Reminds me of a dog named Barney we had when I was a kid. He was half dachshund & have beagle. Face of beagle but the rest was all dachshund. And he fell in love w/ a German shepherd a block over. Apparently he had really high hopes, lol.
