Nothing is more me than excessively bright and overly bussy cards. I made this shadow box card and got carried away coloring it and adding leaves. I did not have any palm tree die cuts, so I hand drew th e trunks, sponged them with brown inks, and ran them through the sizzix with a plaid ef.i printed, colored, and fussy cut a bunch of extra plants from the digi image and popped them up for the palm trees. I think those flemingoes look like an old married couple, so I am saving this for my husband's Valentine's day card. Come be yourself in this fun F4A challenge. TFL, Francie

You have a wonderful eye for color and you know which ones go well with each other. That is such a gift. I love the design of the card with your self made palm trunks going up the sides. TFS

Obviously my gallery subscription isn't working again because as soon as in looked at the F4A challenge I could pick this our as you being you and doing it wonderfully. Take out the overly and excessively, there's nothing wrong with busy and colorful! The paisley flamingoes are fantastic and the palm tree taking is so clever.

OH...wow, Francie! This is fabulous. I love how you drew the palm tree trunks and then made them plaid...fabulous. Your "old couple" is really so cute and look so in love. I think your background looks awesome and full of bubbly water. This card is so you in colors, imagination, and artistry.
