Another just-for-fun card trying out Dina's Ghost Stamping tutorial from today's Inkling. As her sample showed leaves my first instinct was to gravitate towards leaves too, but in fact while I do have them, they were only an afterthought. And my, the difference in ghosting amongst the different animals! It stands out so well in the elephant and in the greenery, not so much in the crocodile and barely at all in the giraffes, though I tried two different colours for them.
Stamped the reverse damask in white, then with masking added all my animals. Decided I wanted to keep the panel almost as large as I had stamped it, so added the background foliage in as a filler. Added the sentiment, edged it with a black Sharpie and popped it on a white base.

Ooh, I love how this turned out! Interesting results. I wanted to do another sample with a light-but-not-white ink in the background, but we ended up having overnight guests so that hasn't happened yet.

Ooh, I love this one, Sabrina, with the animals! The difference is interesting in the animals, but it sure makes a beautiful card with a wonderful Scripture verse that is perfect! Hugs and love! xoxo
