Beautiful card and so versatile too! I love the embossed background; that's one of my favourite EF's! Your gems look great nestled among the swirls of the embossing!

A pretty, feminine take on the sketch. I like how you have used the DSP for one heart to match the lower layer and the embossed heart to match the top layer.
