4" terracotta plant tray base, Hot Glue the dry foam, Spanish moss, the cacti and succulents in layers. Use 5 large ovals stamped with Gorgeous grunge Old Olive ink, 10 starburst ovals stamped with Gorgeous grunge image and Old Olive ink. Then fold each in half and glue side to side the next circle/oval. then sponge the tips with Rich Razzleberry (optional). I put small drops of glitter glue on the tall OVALS cacti. I used the 3 smallest succulent petals to make the flowers on top of cacti and the terracotta flowers laying at the bottom that are strung on Linen thread. I used smallest succulent petal wrapped and glued around a Large half pearl for the center of the succulents. also rounded the succulent die cuts with a bone folder so they curled up a little bit. Used Tombow Multi Mono liquid glue to assemble all layers on both cacti and succulents. this is my first post, hope i am explaining well enough. thanks for looking at my project!

I had to keep looking at this first to see if it was real cactus, then to get over my amazement that you could make this out of paper. You sure chose perfect colors for the cactus and flowers.

Fantastic project! The shading makes everything look so real and all the little details - the tight centres, the glitter glue blobs in the large oval cactus etc - are just perfect. Welcome to the gallery!
