First of all I made found a gelli plate print and a Brushos/Nuance background in my stash. I then stamped and embossed the flower using Misti to get a good dark image - needed to do this because the Brushos/Nuance background was on water colour paper. Once I got it nice and dark I clear embossed it and fussy cut the flower out. Outlined the raw edges with a black pen and mounted it up on the background. Added the sentiment - and done.
Hope you enjoy.

It's almost like a stained-glass flower - it makes me think of the windows in Notre Dame in Paris, and the glow of the light through them. Great looking background, too. It's fun having a good stash of backgrounds on hand to pull out.
