The circle was white, but I wanted the star to stand out so I sponged everything but that area. It also makes it look more like it's nighttime. I also darkened the village with colored pencils - that area didn't stamp really well. I added a couple layers of Wink of Stella to the star and then added a rhinestone for even more sparkle.
