The card base is Stampin' Up! (SU) Whisper White cardstock. The main panel is SU Soft Sky. On the main panel, I glued three different patterned papers from the retired 2014 SU "All is Calm" Designer Series Paper suite. Each small panel was 3-5/8"x 1-1/2".
The sentiment panel was the 1992 retired SU "Great Greetings" stamped with SU Island Indigo ink onto SU Whisper White cardstock. The sentiment was die cut using Spellbinders Nestabilities "Labels Four" die, and matted with a size larger diecut from SU Island Indigo cardstock. Tombow glue was used to glue the white onto the matting.
A strip of Jo-Ann's white organdy ribbon was doubled over and tacked in place with Tombow Glue. The matted sentiment element had several pieces of adhesive foam strips attached to the back (avoiding the middle where the ribbon would go so that there would be no humps}, then laid over the ribbon and pressed in place.
This card was super easy to make, and would be a good potential multiples card to make for your friends and relatives. I am rating the difficulty level at "1" out of a possible "5". The hardest part in making this card was to decide which three patterned papers to use, since that sets what main card panel and matting you will be using.
