This is for this weeks tea-party to help uplift one of our own. Bobbies girl....she is gong through a rough time and could use some tea-potter magic...:0)
It is about recycling, so I got a bit of a picture from an old calendar for my main part, then added a bit of old embroidery thread I had lyng around with a pretty edge given to me from a fellow tea-potter, (thank you)
I did some sponging and punched the corners, and added a bit of a verse. The picture reminded me of thanksgiving so I thought a bit of the Lords prayer would be a uplifting reminder for Carol plus a good thank you verse for the thanksgiving theme picture.
Thanks for the visit...:0)

Oh, sunflowers are always happy-making, I think. And with a bountiful apple harvest, even better. Great recycling, and I really like the way the punched corners and fancy lace edge are mirrored by those neat little flourishes above and below the sentiment.

Absolutely perfect image for fall and great verse too. Carol is really going to love getting this beauty in the mail it really stands out in the gallery. Nicely done with the calendar image too for the recycling. I need to remember not to toss out my calendar at the end of this year so I can use it on cards. Thank you so much for playing along.
