Lyn is our TLC hostess today and she had a fantastic quick way to create a little beach scene and bring it to life with a white gel pen - her how-to is HERE.
Well, I'm always up for a trip to the beach. I made mine even easier by adding die-cuts instead of stamping and masking. I followed her instructions, adding my colour with sponging, and using a scalloped oval for the sky. I used the edge of a sponge to add in some darker patches in the sea. A marker added a little detailing to the sand. I layered it behind a piece of blue card embossed (after cutting the aperture) and sanded.
Thanks, Lyn.

Sabrina, I love the embossing and the diecut seabird. You nailed this both challenges with this cute card.

Marvelous embossing folder and framing of your SWEET little beach scene. LOVE your bird...so cute! Also, like your gel pen addition to your water to crate the look of movement and waves!
