I'm trying to let go of perfectionism and step outside of my comfort zone, as well as using things too long neglected, so I inked up this poppy stamp with my new Candied Apple Distress Oxide ink pad. Since I didn't mask the stems they were red, too, so I used a Micron pen to color over them.

You did such a great job with your inspiration on both cards. The color combo of kraft, black, and red looks so pretty. You make such pretty cards and don't need to let those stamps and crafting goodies sit idle.

Sue, you did a fabulous job of casing your inspiration piece. The card is beautiful with the red poppies and colors of cardstock. I love the reddish tent on the floral stems, so it wasn't a mistake! Ha! Your grounding of the flowers is beautiful.
