I love geodes and other rocks and I just got this stamp set so not hard to choose something: https://www.etsy.com/listing/6230226..._home_active_7
Geodes are generally plain old gray rocks on the outside, who knows what kind of beauty is inside. My daughter found a geode, already open, in the bluffs of LaCrosse, WI. All sorts of ancient rocks there. The inside of her geode is mostly brownish with lots of sparkle. I dream of finding one somewhere, someplace. I also like the metaphor of rocks being nondescript, but when broken, beauty is inside. I will probably send this to her; she works full time as a mental health counselor, has two little girls 7 and 5, and her husband is going back to school for nursing and works nights as a CNA. I'm not sure how she is juggling it all.

A lovely inspired geode card design! love all the shiny papers! Looks like your daughter's family is insuring their future with their work and college, good time to do it when they are young - but I don't know how they juggle all of that!

This is such a beautiful card featuring a geode. I love the beautiful geodes, and you did a great job of representing one. It reminds me of a technique I developed years ago called Sliced Rock Technique. If interested, you can see it here.

This is awesome and your daughter is sure to love it. Your daughter is a busy bee. My DIL is kind of like that. She got a degree in acctg., didn't like it and went back to school to become an RN and now is in school to be a nurse practitioner. She has a hubby (my son) and a little boy so she is busy, busy, too. Makes me tired to think of it.
