ON MY way to Minnesota to spend the weekend with our twin grand children..... the thought struck me oh wait, i should have made my card BEFORE we left on vacation - I am SAMPLING THIS WEEK......GAHHHHH....SO I PLANNED ON COMING HOME EARLY ON MONDAY and we hit flooded roads, torrential rains, detours and thick traffic. So I planned my card in my head for the whole ride home and threw it LITERALLY together.....I actually do like it which helps after the drama of putting it together....haha....sorry for the late posting. Happy Tuesday everyone - off to bed because up at the crack of dawn for work. Never a dull moment - although sometimes I wouldn't mind one here and there thrown in.

I sympathize with the hectic life!!! And you did a beautiful job creating in your mind then throwing it together. I love the two EF and how the flowers form the divider. Very pretty!

So glad you made it home safely Karen! I only wish when I had to "throw" a card together that it would come together as gorgeous as yours did! The layers of flowers and leafy branches look fantastic! Beautifully done, my friend - just shows how well you do under pressure situations!!

Double fun...grand children AND twins. Identical?...My brother had twins and they were...so hard to tell them apart. Havent seen them in a few years now, but was fun when they were littler. Such a beautiful "throw together" card...So sorry for all your troubles, but glad you made it. I hope work is not too bad for you so you can take it a bit easy...tFS..:0)

What a stunning card this is Karen. You work very well under duress. I live in MN and it has been pouring down rain for over a week now so I do understand that challenges you faced travelling home. Sure glad you made it safe and sound despite all the frustrations. Thank goodness for this wonderful hobby that gives us a distraction from life's difficulties. I have been trying very hard to resist this stamp set, but as soon as I saw your card, I knew it was futile to resist. I love everything about this card, and especially the yarn bow that wraps it up perfectly. ~Karen M.
