Photo Details
Poster: StampingQueenJAR

 For TLC706: EOINA - Serendipity...
I followed Sabrina's tutorial in TLC470 for my squares. You can see how you make them HERE.
I also have step out photos on my blog HERE.

The best part - I used a monoprint I really didn't like, and tore it into little pieces for the squares. It blends in beautifully with the patterned paper I chose. If you look closely, you will see that my square art is made from various designs, all torn in small pieces and then glue together randomly.

My images are from Dandelion Wishes by Picket Fence Studios.

Thanks for looking!

Wonderful, inspiring, and a perfect EOINA, Judy! And to Sabrina, thanks for such great details. I especially love that
ric-rack.

I've been clearing away the cobwebs from the studio...
I hope I didn't put all the scraps in that circular file, better
go check before the garbage goes...

Judy, that is beautiful! It makes me think of some beautiful mosaic glassware I saw in Greece this year. And what a wonderful sentiment.

So funny, I was looking in my pizza box of DP scraps for something just a couple of weeks ago and was inspired to pull out enough to make a full sheet of Serendipity. So even though it's not a holiday here, I should be able to pull a card together when I get home.
And this is a true old technique, since it was already old when I featured it ;-).

The other earlier Serendipity technique is one of my favorites of all time. I still have some of my pieces. I'm excited to do this. Love love love your card.

I had to stare at this for a while - so much interest going on here. I luv that you used a "failed" mono print for the squares - very cool card!

This is beautiful Judy, I love how you kept the white space for the sentiment and the colors of the squares are great.
( I have not made these in eons) so, that is a fun thing to come across this morning.

I don't know if I did mine correctly but I had fun and loved using up scraps of design papers that I found lying around. I like your neutral look.

WOW what an amazing result you got with your monoprint. I really like the color scheme and how you tied it all together with the dandelion image.

Your card turned out wonderfully with the Serendipity technique. I like the 3x3 squares and the silver and navy.
