For today's Mixability Stamp - Impressible Stamp - to create a stamping that looks like Letterpress.
I followed the instructions carefully - but was not very successful in getting a stamping that you could see the letterpress look. I tried several stamps and regular white card stock as well as watercolor card stock.
This stamping actually came out with a slight 'letterpress' depression - but you cannot see it in the photo at all. The inking also was very light (like the smaller words on the stamp - and so I went over the larger words with a black Spica pen so they could be seen.
My background was left over from Lydia's Oxidized Shaving cream MixAbility challenge a few weeks ago.
I added some splatter to the sentiment circle using watered down Teal Acrylic paint and a paint brush.
I will keep trying this technique to see if I can get better results!

Your shaving foam background is perfect with that sentiment, it has a great sea/wave look. I've just been trying paper-casting and it's drying in the oven but looks good so far. I'd be more than happy with this, though - it's beautiful.
