There are two hard things about this card (after figuring out the correct dimensions for an ATC). The first hard thing is envisioning the card and knowing what colors to make the different card stock cuts. (You get better at this after you've made a few.) The second hard thing is finding things small enough to use on the Bench Card--especially an ATC Bench Card. I ended up having to stamp the little artist and then resize her on the printer.
I made a trip to the Hobby Lobby miniature department to find the mini pencils, pad and ruler. If I had waited for paint to dry, I could have made my own, but yesterday that sounded like way too much trouble--especially finding dowels that small. Now I know. Looks like they used toothpicks and my mind just didn't go there yesterday.
The little art pieces began as pretty color catchers that I had saved. Then they were stamped with tiny stamps from the Flying Home bird set.
The Bench Card ATC folds flat to a 3.5 x 2.5 size.
This Artist Trading Card is for my ATC Technique Album.

I was sure you would end up making an ATC for this. It must be just adorable in real life. I agree, it was hard enough finding things the right scale to use on the regular card, for this size it would definitely require a visit to a dolls house department or a lot of work. I think this is an enchanting little creative space. The textured card works so well for the "walls".
