I made 2 Artist Trading Coins that are 2", one for my 7 y.o and 5 y.o. grandsons. The 5 y.o. starts Kindergarten in a few days and I wanted to give him something that might be comforting if he gets anxious about his new school, teacher and making new friends. I used my Arteza watercolor brush markers with the 3 step stamping of the moon and then die cut with a 2" circle die. Each ATC has a second circle adhered and stamped with the sentiment in black and stars in silver. One ATC is sponged with Weathered Wood and the other with Tumbled Glass on the sentiment side. I used Micro Distress Glaze on both sides of the coin to add a little protection from smudges or moisture. They are pretty basic but it was fun and I will do more elaborate coins another time.

That moon looks fabulous! One of the best I have seen made. I know this was hit - would be for anyone. I love it!!!
