I *love* this wall art and had high hopes for my card ... https://www.lifeisgood.com/home/wall...ll-art#start=1 I started with acetate to allow the back colour to show through the petals ... suffice to say it didn't happen ... the air was blue and my hands were black!! Plan B was to splash colour on the white daisy petals which I did with water and re-inkers. Cricut cut the vase and sponged with distress ink. I shaped the vase over a bottle and used glue to keep the shape. Cut grey and black foliage. I printed the sentiment using my Print Artist programme and chose retirement which I seldom make.

It's gorgeous, Sandie. I always head for the wall art for inspiration. Your vase really did keep its shape and looks great. Beautiful card.

Gorgeous, Sandie! I love the colors & how shaped the petals & vase. LOL at the "blue" air. Last year when I dropped a glass bottle & broke my toe (the bottle was saved), hubs could hear me yelling all the way upstairs. He said I had the vocabulary of a well educated sailor, lol.
This is one of my photos too and I think you did a sensational job with the inspiration! Blue air, black hands, oh my! It's sad when what we see in our head cannot be reproduced but I can't imagine anything being prettier than what you created. It makes me super happy to look at it, if only I could sit here all day and view your card!

Loving your ingenuity to shape the vase to be dimensional, so smart!!! Your flowers are so vibrant and just plain COOL! This card blew me away, I totally love it! That mint green background really causes the flowers and the vase to really pop and look more vibrant. This is WONDERFUL!!! Into my favorites this goes!
