My wonderful sweet friend Bev - Texasgrammy on SCS - showed us this wonderful technique with leaves. Unfortunately, most of the leaves in my yard is waxy so the images were fairly faint. The apricot leaf with helped a little by Daniel Smith watercolor.

I love leaves (and flowers) and I'd love to learn more about the technique you used to create this wonderful image. Can you give me any information so that I can watch or read a tutorial somewhere--if I have the name of the technique, that would help a lot. Thanks! This image is clearly the star, I love the delicate-stitched details and clean and simple layers, it allows the gorgeous leaf to take a starring role! I am in awe!!! This goes into my favorites, I hope you can help me with this technique in some way--I just saw the technique listed, I will check up on this, and hopefully, you can give me some additional information.
