I am always drawn to sunsets (or sunrises) in outdoor scenes so I fell in love with the sky in this image here.
I also wanted to participate in PTI's Transformation Tuesday and thought I could switch up some things from my scene card found here.
...AND, this fits Mary's DTGD challenge!! Yea!!!
I stamped the lighthouse first and then masked it. Then, using more masks (post-its) and sponging I created the sky/water/sand dunes. Added a bit of texture to the sand with PTI's Crackle texture stamp. Stamped the sentiment - which I LOVE, and then I added some white pigment ink for a bit of reflection and I think it worked fairly well. Die cut some gulls, added a bit of color on them, and adhered. Matted and adhered to card front. Love how it turned out!

Your sky and reflection is just AMAZING!!!!!!! You kept the lighthouse so clean...it just pops. The sand dunes are fantastic with the depth you created...keep going back, and seeing so many wonderful details. The added seagulls finish it nicely. Fav'd
