GD#2 took dance lessons all through school so this was a no-brainer page for her. Except that she took a strong interest in graphic arts last year, and I wanted to make her pages interesting enough to draw her attention.
I chose this simple line drawing and kept the coloring really simple to allow the focus to be on the Psalm.
A little story: I get the artsy instincts from my mother. She now has advanced dementia and spends her time watching the world go by. One of the last times she stayed with DH and me, I thought maybe I could pull some of the art out of her so I gave her a coloring book and some colored pencils. She didn't really "color" the images, but she did use the colors to trace the lines and I love the look of it because of that day. So this, although GD#2 will never understand it, is a tribute to my mother.

Lois, I am so sorry for you and your Mom. My Father and Grandmother both experienced this and it was tough. What a great memory to capture here - thoughts of your GD and your Mom in one page. Super pretty and super inspirational. TFS your page and your memories. Hugz
