I made this for (actually Bev's..I'm just subbing) DTGD challenge. We'd love for you to join in & for all the details go to the Dare to Get Dirty Forum ..but you'll need to be a Fan Club member. It's sooooo easy!
To make my fishy card, I made a background w/ colored pencils & gamsol. The exact technique is part of the challenge which you'll have to go to the link above to find out. This bg was die cut w/ the stitched rectangle die & I used a larger size to cut the white bg before using a stitched waves die on it. The cute little fish were colored w/ Copics & their matching dies were used to cut them out. I also used their dies to cut some thin fun foam to pop them up a little. The greeting was added to a chat bubble die cut & I added a little stickles to the sea floor & to the bubbles.
Thanks so much for looking. Closeups, the inside & Copic colors are on my blog: The Write Stuff

So fun - love your fish. They have so much personality, and they are colored up beautifully. Super bg and sandy bottom too. Awesome all the way around, Julie!

Julie, this is really gorgeous! It's an adorable little fishtank. Reminds me of a treasured snowglobe-type one I had when I was little. I think I kept the shells from it for ages after it finally broke.
