For Karen's Collage Background TLC challenge today. We were to use at least 7 stamps. I topped out at 8, there's a photo in my link on the challenge thread.
I already had on my desk a piece of Brusho-coloured tissue destined for something else - instead, I did all my stamping on it before work this morning, and mod-podged it to an embossed piece of white card (adding an extra layer of Mod Podge and a sprinkle of gold glitter on top.
After work I trimmed it down and added the die-cuts. Messed it up a bit by going for stamping a sentiment (from Purple Onion), but toned that down by embossing it in gold and adding gold EP for a border all round. I used some Craft-T rub-ons to add a little highlighting to the toadstool border.

pretty mixed media!! I love the warm colors the beautiful mushrooms and the texture you've got, your card makes me think about a special forest in a fairy park in Holland, so pretty!!

I like the fall-ish colors on your bg. Great job with your 8 stamps...love the mushrooms..that is one awesome die cut. I like how you added the extra shine to them.

I had to get to my laptop to really study your card. Those mushrooms and other die cut pieces look like beautiful polished leather and harmonizes fabulously with the lovely textures and colors of the background. Love the gold edging, too!
