I set a goal to complete all F4A from 2018, and I am trying to catch up. When this one was posted, I sighed and laughed a bit. F4A438 was posted on the day of Yadi Molina's birthday...he is an All Star catcher for the St Louis Cardinals, and will likely be in the Hall of Fame some day.
The thing is, I am a Chicago Cubs fan! And just a few weeks before, I made a Cardinals themed birthday card for a different F4A, because my husband is a die-hard Cardinals fan! 2 Cardinals inspired cards in such a short time is giving me a headache! LOL Not to mention, St Louis beat the Cubs today and yesterday. My husband is visiting some friends in his hometown...he will be unbearable when he gets home. *wink*
I chose to just go with the color scheme, using stuff from my retired supplies stash. Even the center polka dot piece fits the challenge; it is a dsp sample from my SU demo days, and is the size of a baseball card!
tfl!

Your card is so pretty and I love the sentiment. Sorry this was so painful for you to make. ~grin~ Oooh, I bet your husband really rubbed it in that the cards won that game. Thanks, Kim, for being a good sport and playing the challenge for Yadi's birthday.
