This was fun to make and easy. So thankful for the tutorial. Saved lots of money following rather than purchasing the die that makes this kind of card.
I did use foam adhesive on the tree. It is thin adhesive squares by Scrapbook Adhesive. It seemed to be enough to give this little tree a pop.

What a lovely Christmas gift-card holder. The plaid paper and textured tree are a great pairing. And yes, this is one of those folds that it's definitely easy just to cut and score yourself - and spend the money on something else.
