My card for Kim's (berlycece) VSN Staycation challenge, Soap Bubble Art.
My soap bubble "art" didn't turn out quite the way I wanted it to--I think I used too much water. But I had a lot of fun! And made a big mess on my craft table!
This card is also for the Teapotter's Challenge, Troubled Waters, for fellow Teapotter Hawaiian (Victoria).

Lovely tropical flowers and butterfly...great colors and perfect sentiment for our teapotter, Miss Vicki! My soap bubbles turned out even lighter than yours...so tossed it and for what I was working on the shaving cream technique worked better. I've scene some lovely, rich bubble bgs...lots of vibrant intense colors, lots of ink drops, and less water seems to be the tickets from those who've achieved great results, though I do love your soft color palette for your bubbles, and at least yours do show!

This is so pretty! I like the softness of your bubble background. I do think less water helps...i still need to try again! Thanks for participating in my challenge!

How lovely and cheerful and uplifting...and Vicki's favourite colour. I have been impressed at some of the bubble backgrounds I have seen, because when I tried it a couple of years back as a potential TLC, mine came out on the paler side too. I think it adds a lovely soft hint of texture and background interest here.
