I was making this card while my workshop ladies were here. Remind me to never do that again. One of them pointed out that poison ivy has three leaves and that's what the leaves on this card looked like! They all chimed in and suggested sentiments
such as "Do Not Touch", "You Poisoned My Life", "Be a Scout, Don't Touch", or "Can't Touch This" as MC Hammer would say. My response was that they'd be making this card at my next workshop and could call it poison ivy if they wanted to then, but not on my card! My inspiration was the American Trees stamp sheet. Nowhere do I see poison ivy on this sheet!

I think your card is lovely and I'm sure other flora has leaves also in clusters of three besides poison ivy. : ) Love the rustic feeling of your card.

I love the colors on this and that you gave the leaves a wood grain to grow along. and I thought they were rose bush leaves so, that was pretty funny to read the story.
LOL! Sounds like you have a fun group of ladies to stamp with! NO, I do not see poison ivy on this card! I see a beautiful grouping of leaves and a fabulous sentiment! Lovely design with the woodgrain background!

Oh how funny! Love your story. I love this set and I love how you used it on this card. Wonderfully done!
PS - I looked at how to spot poison ivy and there are some similarities...I still love the leaves and will still use them on my cards - lol!
